Syntegrity Consulting was engaged in the structural design of material handling tunnels at the Dibba Bulk Handling Terminal in Fujairah, UAE. The tunnels form a critical part of the bulk cargo movement infrastructure, enabling efficient and safe underground transfer of materials such as aggregates and minerals from port unloading points to storage yards and processing facilities.

Our scope included the detailed structural design of reinforced concrete tunnels to accommodate conveyor systems, maintenance access, ventilation provisions, and service integration. Designs were developed in compliance with international codes, site-specific geotechnical conditions, and operational load requirements, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term performance in a harsh coastal environment.
