11 KV backbone and more than 125 substations and Associated Civil Utility Buildings, Training Institute Equipment, etc. for the entire MAHSR corridor of around 508 kms.

The EW1 Package of MAHSR is Design, Manufacture, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 x 25 kV Power Supply Electrification System (Traction Substation, Overhead Equipment and MV/LV Power Distribution Equipment), along with Associated Buildings for these Systems and related equipment in training institute.

It is a first-of-its-kind railway electrification project in India, marking the implementation of Japanese Shinkansen High-Speed Electrification Technology. This advanced system features state-of-the-art equipment such as the Heavy Compound Catenary System, which ensures stable and high-performance power delivery at speeds up to 320 km/h. Additionally, the project incorporates specialized components like Change Over Switches, neutral sections, and auto tensioning devices, all engineered for precision and reliability. Designed to meet the exacting standards of the Shinkansen network, this electrification system represents a major leap in India’s rail infrastructure, setting new benchmarks in speed, safety, and technological sophistication.

As Third PARTY Verification Engineer (3PV) for Package EW1 of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (HSR) project , SYNTEGRITY is responsible for proof checking and design validation for all civil structures including Depots , Substations , and allied buildings for the whole 508 km Length .
