DETAIL DESIGN OF STATION UNDER GATI SHAKTI PROGRAMME
As part of infrastructure development initiatives under Indian Railways, structural upgrades and improvements were undertaken at Jamui, Barh, Jehanabad, and Ara Stations within the jurisdiction of the East Central Railway (ECR). These stations were selected for structural evaluation and design enhancement to support ongoing modernization and passenger service improvements.
Description of Services Provided by Syntegrity Consulting:
Syntegrity Consulting was appointed to provide comprehensive structural engineering services for the redevelopment works at the above-mentioned railway stations. The scope of services delivered by our technical team included:
- Structural Design Drawings – Preparation of detailed structural drawings for each of the four stations, covering platform shelters, station buildings, foot overbridges, and other relevant civil structures as per ECR specifications.
- Preparation of Structural Models – Development of accurate and efficient structural analysis models using industry-standard software, incorporating station-specific loadings and configurations.
- Design Calculations and Reports – Execution of detailed structural design calculations ensuring compliance with Indian Railway Standards and BIS codes, supported by technical justification and safety verifications.
- Submission Report for ECR – Compilation of a complete design report package for submission to East Central Railway, including all drawings, analysis outputs, technical notes, and compliance statements.
- Drawing Preparation and Documentation – Generation of high-quality AutoCAD drawings for execution and review, accompanied by structural notes and design summaries.
